For those in the lab sections: the goal of the labs is to prepare you to be independent operators of the NMR spectrometers. At the end of the course you will each be given the opportunity to take a "check-out" exam to test your proficiency in the basic operation of the spectrometer you trained on. Please read and print the check-out exam for the instrument you are using. If you pass you will be given an account on the spectrometer and issued a pass card. (You do not have to take the spectrometer check-out exam if you do not want to, but you will need to pass the checkout exam at some point if you wish to operate the spectrometers independently).
